The PNWF case management program is designed for Intended Parents and Surrogates graduating from the clinic.

Our agency fees are some of the most inclusive in the industry and cover the following:

  • Dedicated local case management services from clinic graduation through delivery and postpartum care
  • Medical insurance coverage verification, policy placement and claims management
  • Management of expenses through independently held escrow accounts
  • Establishing care with OBGYN & delivery hospital
  • Travel and Appointment Booking
  • Enrollment in speciality insurance (bedrest, postpartum complications)
  • Referral for legal services to establish parental rights, passport services (for international patients)
  • Birth and Post-Delivery Support (including Hospital Coordination)
